Common Questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the Profile tab in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any previously purchased sound packs.
Do I need headphones?
For binaural beat sessions (Focus & ADHD, Sleep Preparation), stereo headphones are recommended for the full effect. Other sessions work well with any audio output.
Why isn't my streak updating?
Sessions must be at least 5 minutes long to count toward your streak. Make sure you complete the session without ending early.
